TERMS OF SERVICE
General
A formal contract will be signed between the client and the artist before the project begins to ensure a safe and clear commission experience for both parties.ART PROCESS
For custom illustrations and covers, I typically work in four stages:Concept & Composition Sketch
Value & Color Rough
Full Rendering & Painting
Final Typography & File FormattingThe base price includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch stage. Major structural revisions or extra redesigns after approving a stage are subject to additional fees.PAYMENTAll prices and payments are in US Dollars ($ USD).I operate on a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon final artwork approval (before releasing final high-resolution print/digital files).Rush orders (under 4 weeks) require 100% upfront payment.Accepted payment methods: Wise, Bank Transfer, or PayPal (Goods & Services).Note: Any applicable payment processing fees are to be covered by the client.OTHERDetailed terms regarding commercial rights, cover extensions, and formatting specifications will be outlined in the contract. Feel free to request a preview contract via email prior to booking.I reserve the right to decline any commission request that does not align with my artistic style or project capabilities.Strictly No-AI Policy: I am fully committed to human-created traditional and digital art. I do not use generative AI in my workflow, and I will not accept projects from clients using or promoting AI-generated content in creative fields.
